Virtual Helsinki - ZOAN

Virtual Helsinki is a project owned by ZOAN (zoan.fi), where I was responsible for multiple roles along its entire development, including 3D Modeling, Level Design, Quality Control (of assets made by freelancers or other employees) and in some instances, optimization of the project in order for it to run in Virtual Reality.
It took me a while to gather the assets to put them together to publish here, but it's one of the biggest projects I've worked so far, and it has been recognized and received multiple awards. I'm really proud of having been part of this and involved so directly on the execution and organization of it.
I've started off as a 3D Modeler, where I first learned the PBR workflow and real-time modeling workflow (I had never used Substance Painter or Unreal Engine before), and as time went by, I've improved my skills and slowly gathered more responsabilities over the project, which has been used in several other derived projects. It was and still is one of my biggest learning resources in the industry.

The Tuomiokirkko (Helsinki's main Cathedral) block. It took me 3 months to model it from scratch. The texturing is photo-based for higher fidelity of details, and it included all props within the block.
